We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Manager with strong Shopify experience to help scale our fashion and jewelry e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative — someone who understands how to drive brand growth through data, paid media, social strategy, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow traffic, conversion, and sales on Shopify
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across
Analyze performance data daily to identify trends and opportunities for scaling
Recommend social media content and campaign strategies based on data and competitor analysis
Collaborate with the creative team on ad visuals, messaging, and campaign direction
Oversee Shopify site optimization — including product merchandising, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvements
Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and overall store performance
Report on performance weekly, monthly, and annually — highlighting key insights, learnings, and growth opportunities
Research and identify influencer and partnership opportunities that align with brand positioning
Stay current on e-commerce and digital marketing trends in the fashion and jewelry space
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Shopify growth or e-commerce performance marketing
Proven success managing $10K+ monthly ad spend across Meta and Google
Strong understanding of Shopify analytics, customer journeys, and conversion tactics
Demonstrated experience driving measurable results in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands
Skilled in data analysis and translating metrics into actionable growth strategies
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and a strong sense of brand aesthetics
Preferred Skills
Experience with Shopify apps for analytics, upsells, and conversion tracking
Familiarity with influencer and creator marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify Collabs, Aspire, etc.)
Ability to identify high-performing content and creative trends on social media
