JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented UGC Manager to coordinate video content production for our ad creatives.
You’ll be responsible for preparing shotlists, managing UGC creators, and organizing all scenes so our video editors can easily cut them into high-performing ads.
This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who understands how performance creatives work and knows how to turn scripts into efficient production workflows.

Responsibilities

Receive scripts and creative briefs from the Creative Strategist

Create detailed shotlists for each UGC concept (with clear scene descriptions, camera angles, and dialogue notes)

Coordinate with UGC creators to make sure all required scenes are filmed and uploaded on time

Review and organize all raw clips into Google Drive folders labeled by scene and angle

Check footage quality (lighting, audio, framing) before passing it to the editing team

Communicate daily with video editors and ensure they receive all files needed for each ad

Maintain a structured database of creators, concepts, and delivered scenes

Track missing or reshoot scenes and follow up with creators until complete

Report weekly on delivered content and production progress

Workflow Explanation

You will:

Receive scripts (in German) from the Creative Strategist

Translate them into English (or your native language) with ChatGPT if necessary

Based on the script, create a precise shotlist with all required scenes

Send this shotlist to the UGC creators and ensure they deliver each scene

Organize all delivered clips into folders by scene, ready for the Video Editor

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in content or video production management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience creating shotlists, briefs, or production outlines

Understanding of UGC and ad-style content (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)

Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Notion, Slack, and Sheets

part-time availability (20h-25h/week)
