We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented UGC Manager to coordinate video content production for our ad creatives.
You’ll be responsible for preparing shotlists, managing UGC creators, and organizing all scenes so our video editors can easily cut them into high-performing ads.
This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who understands how performance creatives work and knows how to turn scripts into efficient production workflows.
Responsibilities
Receive scripts and creative briefs from the Creative Strategist
Create detailed shotlists for each UGC concept (with clear scene descriptions, camera angles, and dialogue notes)
Coordinate with UGC creators to make sure all required scenes are filmed and uploaded on time
Review and organize all raw clips into Google Drive folders labeled by scene and angle
Check footage quality (lighting, audio, framing) before passing it to the editing team
Communicate daily with video editors and ensure they receive all files needed for each ad
Maintain a structured database of creators, concepts, and delivered scenes
Track missing or reshoot scenes and follow up with creators until complete
Report weekly on delivered content and production progress
Workflow Explanation
You will:
Receive scripts (in German) from the Creative Strategist
Translate them into English (or your native language) with ChatGPT if necessary
Based on the script, create a precise shotlist with all required scenes
Send this shotlist to the UGC creators and ensure they deliver each scene
Organize all delivered clips into folders by scene, ready for the Video Editor
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in content or video production management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience creating shotlists, briefs, or production outlines
Understanding of UGC and ad-style content
Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Notion, Slack, and Sheets
part-time availability (20h-25h/week)
Stable internet connection and reliable workflow management
Nice to Have
Experience working with UGC creators or influencer management
Knowledge of ad performance metrics and creative testing
Ability to recognize strong hooks and storylines for UGC ads
