We have been an IT and Outsourcing Services company for 28 years. As a forward-thinking company, we are seeking a talented Google Ads specialist with at least 4 years of proven experience managing and optimizing high-performance campaigns. You’ll take charge of our Google Ads efforts that help our business reach more people and generate qualified leads. Also, you’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to launch and refine campaigns that attract quality leads and help scale our brand visibility.

Weekly Hours: In the beginning it will be 10-15 hours per week and will increase overtime. The shift will depend on either between 8:00 AM-12:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time Zone. Will depend later the flexibility.

Estimated Start: Probation period is three (3) months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
• Perform keyword research and set up smart targeting strategies to reach the right audience.
• Write and test ad copy that grabs attention and converts.
• Analyze results using Google Ads and Analytics, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure every click counts.
• Stay current with the latest Google Ads trends and continuously test new ideas for better ROI.
• Flexibility: Adapt to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Tech Savvy

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• At least 4 years of proven experience managing Google Ads accounts end-to-end.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion-driven campaigns.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Conversion Tracking.
• Write and test ad copy that grabs attention and converts.
• Analyze results using Google Ads and Analytics, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly and effectively.
• Google Ads Certified is a plus!
• Nice to Have:
? Experience with Meta (Instagram) or LinkedIn Ads
? Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
? A create eye for ad visuals and messaging that stand out
? Understanding of Sales Funnels, Retargeting, and landing page optimization.
