Hello! I'm looking for a highly talented and creative video editor based in the Philippines to join my team. You'll work directly with me to create short TikTok Shop videos designed to drive affiliate sales. Your Main Responsibilities:
• Receive bulk raw footage from me and turn it into 15-second sales-focused TikTok videos.
• Use CapCut (mobile or desktop) for video editing or other.
• Research trending TikTok content, especially in the affiliate and product niche.
• Use trending audio and Eleven Labs AI voice-over to create high-converting videos.
• Create 20 edited videos per day using provided content (no filming required).
• Continuously improve video style based on performance data and trends.

Tools You'll Use:
• CapCut — your primary editing tool.
• Eleven Labs — for realistic AI voice-overs.
• TikTok/Shop/Spy Tools — for competitor research and trend detection.

Requirements:
• Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends and the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
• Ability to match existing video styles and maintain consistency in edits.
• Excellent English and communication skills. Skills
