We’re looking for a dependable, creative, and proactive Online Marketing Assistant with proven experience helping startups grow through digital marketing.
This is a part-time remote role with flexible hours — perfect for someone who can take initiative, communicate well, and contribute ideas to build a brand from the ground up.

Job Details

Type: Part-time (remote)

Schedule: Flexible

Rate: $2–$7 USD per hour (depending on experience)

Interview Start: Thursday morning, 2:00 AM (Manila time) — applicants must be available at this time for an initial interview.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts across multiple platforms.

Assist in preparing marketing materials (images, captions, and simple designs).

Support email campaigns and conduct online market/competitor research.

Keep marketing reports, files, and campaign data organized.

Share insights and be vocal about strategies to improve visibility and audience growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online growth roles.

Proficient with tools for Marketing

Bonus: Experience in startup marketing or small business growth strategies. Knowledgeable in SEO and Google Business

Self-driven, creative, and confident in expressing ideas or suggestions.
