We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Web Design & SEO VA who loves creating clean, conversion-focused websites and can handle technical SEO tasks with precision.

???? Your Main Responsibilities

Assist in building and editing websites using Wix Studio (training provided if needed
Upload and format web content, images, and service pages following our agency’s templates.

Perform on-page SEO optimization, including titles, meta descriptions, alt text, header structure, and internal linking.

Build and maintain local citations for clients using BrightLocal or similar tools.

Publish blog posts and format them for readability and SEO.

Conduct basic keyword research and optimize content accordingly.

Perform light website audits and recommend improvements for speed, structure, or local visibility.

Manage client revision requests and website updates in ClickUp or Trello.

???? Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Highly Preferred!)

Experience using Wix, WordPress, or Squarespace.

Knowledge of Google Business Profiles (GBP) and local SEO ranking factors.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as BrightLocal, Ubersuggest, or Ahrefs.

Graphic or layout design experience in Canva or Figma.

Basic understanding of Google Analytics or Google Search Console.
