Job Description:

- Client Engagement: Partner closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) in a 1:1 setting to engage clients,
understand their specific needs, and identify new sales opportunities.
- CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to track data, manage leads, and generate reports to keep all sales activities organized
and efficient.
- Estimating & Coordination: Support estimating by maintaining bid lists, coordinating with the team to clarify project scopes,
and collaborating with General Contractors
- Lead Generation: Conduct targeted email campaigns, follow-ups, execute networking, and uncover new business
opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients to understanding their goals and maintaining trust.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer/ Architecture or related
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and terminology.
- Software Proficiency with Salesforce, Bluebeam, AutoCad,
- Able to read blueprint, takeoff, construction drawings and specifications
- Sales admin and/or Lead Generation Experience
- Nice to have: Railings (Glass/Metal) or Manufacturing background
- Remote setup / US CST Time
