We're seeking a talented and creative Video Editor/Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality visual content and help grow our online presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating engaging content and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing

Edit podcast episodes from Riverside, including:
Adding relevant b-roll footage, graphics, split screen views, cut-ins
Audio clean up & edit technical hiccups, long pauses, etc
Creating engaging thumbnails
Writing SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags
Repurpose long-form content into shorts and reels with appropriate b-roll & captions
Transform client testimonials into professional website videos and social media reels
Content Creation & Design

Transform email content into compelling Instagram and LinkedIn posts with eye-catching visuals
Design graphics and visuals that align with brand messaging
Create cohesive visual content strategies across multiple platforms
Performance Expectations:

Video editing should be completed within 4x the video length (e.g., a 1-hour video should take no more than 4 hours to edit, including b-roll, reels, and all deliverables)
Required Skills:

Advanced video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
Proven graphic design experience
Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization
Ability to work independently and think creatively
Experience creating content for social media platforms
Bonus Points For:

Portfolio demonstrating creative video work
Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms
Experience with AI-powered editing tools
Motion graphics and animation skills
