JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Part-Time Marketing Virtual Assistant (Social Media Manager)
Hours: ~20 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM California Time (PST)
Type: Long-Term / Remote

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media and Marketing Virtual Assistant who can handle daily social media engagement, flyer and content creation, and brand growth across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn).

This position combines creativity and consistency — you’ll use tools like Canva, MLOBox.ai, and Ethica to design and schedule branded marketing materials, promote company programs, and nurture relationships with realtors, loan officers, and potential homebuyers/investors.

????? Key Responsibilities
???? Engagement & Growth (Daily)

Like, comment, and engage with realtor and loan officer posts (e.g., “Congrats on your closing! ????”).

Send birthday and milestone greetings using approved templates.

Reply to basic DMs or comments in a warm, professional tone.

Add 10–15 new realtors and loan officers per day from mutual connections or local community groups.

Maintain active visibility on all platforms to stay top of feed.

???? Flyer & Content Creation

Design eye-catching marketing flyers for:

Homebuyer programs and loan products (FHA, VA, DSCR, DPA, etc.)

Realtor recruiting campaigns

Loan officer recruiting campaigns

Educational or event promotions

Brand awareness and testimonial posts

Use Canva, MLOBox.ai, and Ethica to create short-form videos, reels, and carousels.

Repurpose long videos from YouTube into shorter clips for TikTok/Instagram Reels.

Ensure all designs follow brand colors, fonts, and compliance standards.

Organize flyers into folders by category (programs, recruiting, educational, community, etc.).

???? Posting, Scheduling & Reporting

Schedule content through Buffer, MLOBox.ai, or similar platforms.

Optimize hashtags and captions for engagement.

Track performance: likes, comments, followers, video views.

Submit a weekly engagement report summarizing top posts, audience feedback, and improvement suggestions.

???? Organization & Tracking

Maintain a centralized content calendar for all platforms.

Keep a library of approved comment templates and captions.

Update engagement logs (likes, comments, birthdays, new contacts) daily.

? Skills & Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English (friendly and professional tone).

2+ years experience in social media management or marketing (real estate or mortgage industry preferred).

Proficient in Canva, Buffer, and familiar with AI tools (MLOBox.ai, Ethica, ChatGPT).

Strong graphic design sense — able to create clean, scroll-stopping flyers.

Organized, proactive, and consistent with deadlines.

Comfortable working remotely and handling logins securely.

Able to think creatively while maintaining compliance and brand consistency.
