Right now, we're handling everything ourselves - guest messages at midnight, coordinating cleaners at dawn, responding to reviews between property visits. We're good at hospitality, but we need help to scale without losing our personal touch.

???? Your Daily Tasks (What You'll Actually Do)
**Guest Communication (60% of your time)**
• Respond to guest questions with warmth and efficiency - WiFi codes, check-in instructions, restaurant recommendations
• Send pre-arrival
• Handle the occasional complaint with grace (we'll teach you our approach)
• Make every interaction feel personal, never robotic
**Operations Coordination (30% of your time)**
• Schedule cleaners and linen services using our calendar system
• Update availability across booking platforms (Airbnb,
• Track maintenance issues in Zoho Projects
• Keep our Zoho CRM organized with guest data
**Content & Reviews (10% of your time)**
• Write thoughtful responses to guest reviews (we'll train you on our voice)
• Create simple social media posts showcasing our properties
• Help us tell our story online
? Your Schedule
**20-30 hours per week**
**2pm-10pm Philippine Time (6am-2pm UK Time)**
**Monday to Friday** (occasional weekend coverage during busy periods - we'll discuss)
This timing is perfect because you'll overlap with UK mornings when guest messages peak! ????
? You're Perfect for This If You:
**Must-Haves:**
• Write English beautifully - not just correctly, but warmly and naturally
• Have 2+ years in customer service (hospitality experience is a huge plus!)
• Are obsessively detail-oriented (the type who triple-checks before sending)
• Have stable internet (25+ Mbps) and a quiet workspace
• Can follow processes while knowing when to ask questions
• Actually enjoy helping people (we can tell when someone genuinely cares!)
**Nice-to-Haves:**
• Experience with Zoho One, Guesty, Priceless, Breezeway, Chargeautomation
• Have stayed in Airbnbs or worked in hotels
• Understand what makes hospitality feel "luxury" vs just "nice"
• Know your way around social media
• Have worked with UK or European clients before

• Calm under pressure - guests can be demanding, but you stay professional

**Starting Salary:** $450 - $700 /month (based on experience)

3. **Week 3:** Top 5 complete a **paid trial task** (?500 for 1 hour of work)
4. **Week 4:** Top 3 have video interviews with us
5. **Week 5:** We make an offer to our chosen candidate!
