Social Media Manager

MAVRK Studio is a creative agency connecting commerce + culture for food, beverage, and hospitality brands. We’re looking for a sharp, authentic Ghostwriter to help craft and manage the founder’s voice across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Reddit.

This role is equal parts creative storytelling, cultural fluency, and social intelligence. You’ll turn insights, client stories, and marketing frameworks into content that builds thought leadership and visibility for the agency.

Responsibilities

Write 3–4 LinkedIn posts and 4–6 X posts or threads per week in a founder’s tone

Engage on Reddit through insightful comments and posts (3–5/week) in relevant communities (marketing, CPG, design, startups)

Capture founder voice and perspective through notes, Looms, and transcripts

Monitor performance, engagement, and AI visibility trends

Maintain tone consistency and narrative cohesion across platforms

You’re a fit if you:

Have experience ghostwriting for founders, creators, or agencies

Understand Reddit culture and can write conversationally without sounding “markety”

Know how to translate ideas into narrative content with personality

Are curious about AI search, culture, and creative industries

Can balance thought leadership with authenticity
