We are a fast-growing logistics tech startup and 3PL matchmaking platform, is seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Representative to help manage client relationships, follow up on inbound leads, create outbound leads, and schedule discovery calls with brands and 3PL partners.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach and follow-up with inbound and referred leads
Schedule and host introductory calls with clients and partners (US time zones)
Maintain accurate records and workflows in HubSpot CRM
Support the CEO in managing partner and client communications
Provide timely updates on lead status, feedback, and pipeline progress
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in logistics, eCommerce operations, or SaaS sales
Proven success managing B2B sales pipelines or account relationships
Highly computer proficient with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
