Appointment Setter / Lead Generation VA (for Ad-Tracking Software Company)

We’re looking for a driven and reliable Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to help us reach out to businesses that spend money on ads and are interested in tracking and retargeting their website visitors.

You’ll be responsible for booking 15–20 qualified calls every week with business owners who are ready to invest in improving their marketing systems.

Tasks include:
• Find and message businesses (real estate agents, mortgage brokers, e-commerce stores, and service-based businesses) that are already running ads.
• Reach out through Instagram, email, or other platforms using our provided script.
• Book calls directly into our Calendly link.
• Record your booked appointments daily in Google Sheets.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Reliable internet connection and quick response time.
• Strong communication and persistence — must be confident in outreach.
• Previous experience with appointment setting or lead generation is a plus.

Performance Target:
• Minimum 15–20 booked calls per week.
