We are looking for an experienced Florida PIP Claims Specialist to join our billing team. This role involves posting claims, managing Accounts Receivable, and following up on Florida auto a ---------- (Personal Injury Protection) claims for a chiropractic practice.

Responsibilities

Post and track Florida PIP insurance claims

Follow up with adjusters to confirm claim status, payments, or denials

Maintain and update A/R spreadsheets for active cases

Communicate with the billing team on claim discrepancies and missing info

Record all interactions clearly and accurately in shared trackers

Requirements

Experience with Florida PIP billing or claim follow-up is required

ChiroTouch EMR experience is a strong plus

Ability to identify and escalate unpaid or underpaid claims

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours (EST)

Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with PIP workflows: claim forms, EOBs, denials, and ledgers

Understanding of chiropractic or physical medicine documentation

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate (in PHP, based on experience)
