Your main focus will be responding to customer messages, managing inquiries, processing and adjusting orders in Shopify, and maintaining a friendly, helpful brand voice on platforms like Instagram and
Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus, you’ll occasionally help create simple graphics or posts to support our marketing team.
You must be willing to learn our products and brand inside and out, so you can communicate confidently with customers and represent us accurately across all channels.
Must Have Skills
> Speak and write fluent English
> Customer Service
> Shopify Experience (order edits, subscriptions, tracking, etc.)
> Experienced with Chat GPT
> Google Sheets
> Must be able to learn and use
> Fast learner, self-motivated, detail-oriented
Recommended Skills
> Canva or design experience
> Social Media Management Experience
> Knowledge or passion in gut health or herbal supplements
PRIMARY TASK:
> Address all customer service
> Edit/Update/Cancel Orders & Subscriptions on Shopify
> Resolve tracking issues and handle customer issues
> Issue discount codes, issue refunds
> Social Media Management (post, comments, dms, etc)
> Design and create original social media content using Canva
HOURS: 15-20 hours per week for now
SCHEDULE (Philippine Time):
Monday: 8am-1pm
Tuesday: 8am-1pm
Wednesday: 8pm-1am (overnight)
Saturday: 8am-1pm
*Must be willing to work at night some days, schedule subject to change
RATE: $6 per hour, paid weekly.
