Key Responsibilities:

- Review Invitations to Bid (ITBs) and digital bidding platforms with a focus on railing system projects.

- Manage and coordinate multiple bid projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and Stack Estimating for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Gather and analyze information from digital project files to prepare accurate cost estimates.

- Communicate with customers through emails, calls, and video conferences to provide quotations and maintain strong
business relationships.

- Perform risk analysis to identify financial and project-related risks and document project objectives.

- Build and maintain vendor relationships through virtual communication, estimating costs of materials and services.

- Offer consultation on project planning, including schedules, manpower requirements, and preparation of detailed estimate
reports and bids.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably with railing systems or related trades.

- Proficient in Bluebeam, Stack Estimating, or similar estimating/takeoff software.

- Strong analytical, time management, and multi-tasking skills.

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

- Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection for remote work (100 Mbps)

Work Setup:

- Remote / Full-Time / US CST Time

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
