We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Catalog & Customer Service Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon store. The ideal candidate will monitor listings, handle customer inquiries, ensure accurate product information, and maintain competitive pricing to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images).
- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s policies and are fully optimized for visibility and conversion.
- Track and maintain competitive pricing across all product listings.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, reviews, and inquiries.
- Resolve order issues, returns, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Monitor account health metrics and performance notifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and design) to improve listings and enhance customer experience.
- Generate and maintain regular reports on listing performance, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account.
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies, FBA, listings optimization, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Amazon reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong sense of accountability.
- (Preferred) Experience using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon analytics software.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of basic SEO for Amazon product listings.
- Experience in handling A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content.
- Experience in Shopify is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management and restock planning.
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude.
Work Setup:
- Hours need to overlap in US hours.
