Remote Dental Assistant

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Remote Dental VA to work for a busy dental pediatric practice.

Previous experience working for a dental practice is required.

Primary responsibilities include answering phones, calling patients to schedule/reschedule appointments, reviewing the schedule to ensure any openings are filled, contacting patients to review insurance information, and more.

Requirements for this position are:
*Stellar verbal and written English communication skills
*Prior experience working for a U.S. based dental practice, preferably a pediatric practice
*Prior experience scheduling dental appointments and using PMS system
*High attention to detail, reliability, customer-centric demeanor
