Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining the core backend services, APIs,
and data pipelines that power MLG's document processing platform. You'll work on systems that ingest millions
of legal documents, integrate with AI/ML extraction pipelines, structure and validate data, and serve information
to frontend interfaces and public search portals.
This role is critical to ensuring our platform is scalable, reliable, and performant. You'll collaborate closely with
AI/ML engineers to deploy inference pipelines, work with frontend developers to design intuitive APIs, and
partner with QA to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
You'll be part of a cross-timezone team working with U.S.-based architects who define system architecture and
product requirements. Clear communication, attention to detail, and a passion for building robust backend
systems are essential.
