Suits Finance is a dynamic financial services company dedicated to providing efficient, data-driven, and cross-border financial solutions. We specialize in supporting global entrepreneurs, e-commerce businesses, and corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions.
We are currently expanding our accounting team and seeking three (3) experienced Xero Accountants/Bookkeepers — each with strong expertise and deep understanding of accounting principles, statutory filings, and audit processes in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
Position Overview
As a Xero Accountant at Suits Finance, you will play a key role in managing financial data through Xero, customizing dashboards, and delivering accurate, jurisdiction-specific reports. You’ll ensure compliance with local accounting standards, maintain proper documentation for audit purposes, and support clients in streamlining their bookkeeping operations across different markets.
You will also assist with virtual financial administration, invoice processing, and client correspondence to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Xero Management & Financial Reporting
- Manage and maintain Xero accounts for multiple clients across assigned jurisdictions (Hong Kong, UK, or US).
- Configure tax settings, chart of accounts, and reporting structures tailored to each country’s accounting standards.
- Build and customize dashboards that provide clients with insightful, real-time financial overviews.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
- Conduct account reconciliations, data audits, and ensure compliance with statutory filing deadlines and audit requirements.
Invoice Processing & Account Administration
- Record and categorize all invoices accurately within Xero.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure all financial documentation is properly tracked.
- Support data analysis and report preparation to assist management and clients in financial decision-making.
- Maintain orderly financial records in compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Client Communication & Support
- Correspond with clients professionally to clarify financial data and reporting issues.
- Provide expert guidance on Xero-related matters, tax treatment, and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve financial workflows and automation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience using Xero Accounting Software for multi-entity management.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, auditing, and filing requirements in either Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
- Strong ability to build Xero dashboards, analyze financial data, and generate compliance-ready reports.
- Knowledge of invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and best accounting practices.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing correspondence.
- Experience working with cross-border clients or e-commerce businesses is a strong advantage.
