Honest Fixers is a fast-growing facility management and general contracting company serving national retail, commercial, and multi-site clients. From emergency repairs to large-scale renovations, we’re known for building trust in every repair — with reliable communication, precise execution, and a strong network of self-performing crews across the U.S.

We’re expanding and looking for an Estimator to join our operations team. This person will play a critical role in pricing and bidding work orders and projects accurately, ensuring every proposal we send out is profitable, competitive, and consistent with our standards.

What You'll Do
- Review incoming work orders, scopes, and RFPs from clients and platforms like ServiceChannel and Facil-IT.
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for facility maintenance and construction projects (painting, flooring, carpentry, electrical, exterior work, etc.).
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to confirm on-site pricing and availability.
- Build and maintain cost databases for materials, labor, and regional variations.
- Track estimated vs. actual job costs to refine pricing and improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure proposals are deliverable and profitable.
- Support management in developing standardized pricing and templates for recurring services.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of estimating experience in facility maintenance, construction, or general contracting with U.S. based companies.
- Excellent english skills (verbally and writing)
- Spanish is a plus (not required)
- Strong understanding of trades (interior & exterior repairs, renovations, electrical, painting, etc.).
- Comfortable reading scopes of work, blue prints, photos, and site reports.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and estimating or FM platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management — able to juggle multiple estimates at once.
- A problem solver who values accuracy, communication, and timely delivery of results.
