Influencer Research & Sourcing Assistant

About the Role
We’re expanding our influencer database for The Collective, a global creator platform connecting beauty, wellness, and lifestyle influencers with leading brands.
We’re hiring 20+ remote assistants to help us source influencers on Instagram and TikTok. Your job will be to find aesthetic creators, gather their basic profile information, and record it in a shared Google Sheet.
You’ll be expected to source a minimum of 300 influencers per day across beauty, health & wellness, and family content categories.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify qualified influencers on Instagram and TikTok (7,000+ followers).
- Record the following details accurately in a shared Google Sheet:
Influencer name
Instagram/TikTok handle
Follower count
Email address
Category/niche (beauty, wellness, family, etc.)
Ensure all information is accurate, organized, and free of duplicates.
Meet or exceed a daily quota of 300 influencers.
Submit a short daily recap confirming your total for the day.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with data entry, influencer research, or virtual assistant work.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok platforms.
- Ability to quickly identify aesthetic and brand-aligned creators.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and data organization.
- High attention to detail and consistency in work.
- Reliable internet connection and self-management skills.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Preferred Experience (Bonus!)
- Previous work in influencer marketing or creator outreach.
- Understanding of aesthetics in beauty, health, or lifestyle content.
- Experience using influencer databases or CRM tools.
