Virtual Administrative Coordinator – Orthodontic Practice Phone Support
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Starting Salary: 7-9 USD (based on experience, with potential for growth)
Start Date: ASAP!
Role Type: Long-term, full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage the calendar for doctors and patients (Appointments)
- Coordinate with in-office tea ---------- mbers to ensure optimal appointment flow
- Respond to scheduling inquiries via phone or email (minimal call volume)
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the practice (e.g., document organization, system updates)
- Maintain accurate communication logs and task tracking

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- At least 2 years of experience working remotely in the U.S. timezone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or other scheduling tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
