Job Title:
Virtual Assistant – Find and Update Remote Sales Job Openings

Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us maintain and expand our list of companies hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

We currently have a database of about 3,172 companies. Your job will be to:
- Refresh our existing company list weekly to confirm which roles are still open, and
- Find new companies hiring SDRs or BDRs that meet our quality criteria.
- We primarily want 100% Remote roles based in the United States.
- It’s important that you focus on established companies (Series C and above, or those with a strong market presence and proven product). Smaller early-stage startups are acceptable only if they clearly have traction and ongoing sales hiring activity.

You can use LinkedIn, company career pages, or other reliable job boards to find openings, as long as they are accurate and posted within the last two months.

Responsibilities:
- Review our company list weekly to verify which job openings are still active.
- Add new companies hiring SDRs or BDRs that meet our stage and quality criteria.

Record each job with:
- Company name
- Job title (we are looking ONLY for SDR/BDR/ADR/MDR/IDR roles)
- Job type (Remote only)
- Job link (LinkedIn preferred, or company career page)
- On Target Earnings (OTE)
- Maintain clean, accurate data in our shared Airtable.

Compensation:
- Base Pay: $4–$5 per hour

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with job research or online lead generation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and company career pages.
- Understanding of funding stages and the difference between early-stage and established companies.
- Available 10–20 hours per week.
- Clear written communication in English.

Deliverables:
- Weekly list of verified and up-to-date SDR/BDR openings (prioritizing U.S.-based remote roles).
- Updated company database showing active and inactive listings.
- Organized spreadsheet ready for review each week.
