We're looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media Manager to lead content strategy and creation for two brands:
• PYURE Botanicals — a U.S.-based natural wellness brand focused on science-backed supplements for better sleep, calm, and recovery.
• A Commercial Construction Company — an Atlanta-based contractor looking to build a strong online presence through modern, short-form video content that showcases their projects, craftsmanship, and company culture to attract new clients.

This is a hands-on creative role — ideal for someone who can both think strategically and execute visually compelling content, especially short-form video.

What You'll Do
• Develop and execute individual social media strategies for both brands.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars that align with each brand's goals and voice.
• Create high-quality, engaging content, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and image carousels.
• Film, edit, and produce short-form video content — lifestyle-focused for Pyure and project-focused for the construction brand.
• (Potentially) appear on camera or direct others on camera as needed.
• Repurpose our educational blog content into platform-optimized posts and videos.
• Research and stay ahead of trends, proposing creative new directions for content.
• Manage posting schedules and community engagement (comments, DMs, mentions).
• Monitor analytics, summarize results, and optimize for consistent growth.
• Collaborate directly with the founder for feedback, trend insights, and alignment between social and SEO content strategies.

Tools & Workflow
• You'll have access to Canva Pro for design and editing.
• You're encouraged to use or recommend AI or creative tools that improve workflow, quality, or output.
• You'll have autonomy to design your own content workflow and posting system, as long as it delivers consistent, measurable results.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (bonus for wellness, lifestyle, or construction industries).
• Strong English communication skills — clear, natural, and fluent.
• Proficiency in creating and editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver creative assets without daily oversight.
• Understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
• Enthusiasm for creative experimentation and brand growth.

Bonus Skills
• Experience with basic paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion.
• Experience directing or sourcing on-camera talent or UGC creators.

Compensation & Schedule
• Full-Time Remote Position (Philippines-based)
• Starting salary: $500 USD/month, with room for performance-based increases after 90 days.
• Flexible working hours with some overlap during U.S. business hours for check-ins and strategy calls.
