**About Ryan:**
Ryan is a personal trainer based in Laguna Beach with an online fitness coaching business. He's looking for a world-class teammate/partner who can help him consistently create viral content and grow his Instagram following organically.

**The Mission:**
We're looking for someone who can find viral fitness content, reverse-engineer what makes it work, and help Ryan recreate it in his own style. Right now, Ryan's best videos are getting around 500 views. Our goal? Double the high score. Get Ryan his first 1,000-view video, then 2,000, then 4,000, and beyond.

**What You'll Do:**

**1. Find Winning Content**

- Hunt down viral organic Instagram fitness clips (we'll give you examples of what's working)
- Study what makes them successful—the audio, editing style, pacing, hook, how long each sentence is, the angles, everything
- Break down the winning formula so we can recreate it

**2. Create the Roadmap for Ryan**

- Rewrite the script specifically for Ryan's voice and brand
- Send Ryan a complete game plan including:
- The script (word-for-word what to say)
- Shot list (exactly what footage to capture and from what angles)
- Reference to the original viral video
- Make it so easy that Ryan can wake up, read your plan, and knock out the entire shoot in his gym with zero guesswork

**3. Edit Like a Pro**

- Take Ryan's raw footage and turn it into a badass video
- Match the style, pacing, and energy of the viral videos we're recreating
- Deliver finished content ready to post on Ryan's Instagram

**4. Be Ryan's Growth Partner**

- Send Ryan regular updates on how his Instagram is growing
- Celebrate the wins! Shine a light on what's working—views going up, engagement increasing, follower growth
- Give Ryan solid advice on how to make even better videos
- Collaborate with Ryan to brainstorm and create epic content together

Ryan wakes up every morning to a new video idea from you. He shoots it quickly and easily in his gym. You edit it and send back a fire video. We post it. The views go up. We repeat.
