Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – U.S. Hours ($5/hr)

We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact U.S.-based business owners about our website design and marketing services.

You will make outbound calls, follow a simple script, and schedule demo appointments for our sales team.


Responsibilities:

Make 200+ outbound calls per day (dialer will be provided)

Follow a provided script and handle basic objections professionally

Book appointments and record accurate notes

Update leads and call outcomes inside our CRM


Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Applicants with at least 1 year of experience in cold calling or appointment setting for U.S. clients are strongly preferred

Comfortable speaking with business owners and handling objections

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Must be available during U.S. business hours: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM CST (Philippine night shift)


Compensation:

$5 per hour (paid weekly)

Consistent, long-term position for the right person

Performance reviews may lead to pay increases over time
