We need a scroll-stopping editor who can turn raw UGC into emotional, conversion-focused short-form ads (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and push fast iterations from hooks/angles.

You’ll: cut short video iterations, produce alt-hooks/first-3-sec variations, caption/stylize for vertical, version for tests (CTA, offer, message card).
