Sr Email Marketing & Automation Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced email strategist who knows how to turn flows into revenue. You’ll own the customer journey from inbox to checkout—building automated flows, crafting compelling newsletters, and executing cold outreach campaigns that convert leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, monitor, and optimize automated email flows (Welcome, Abandon Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, etc.) in Klaviyo.
- Design and write high-converting newsletters and promos aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Manage cold email outreach using tools like Instantly to generate B2B or wholesale leads.
- Perform list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation logic to improve engagement and retention.
- Track and analyze performance: open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue attribution.

Tools You'll Use
- Email Platforms: Klaviyo, Instantly, GoHighLevel
- eCommerce: Shopify
- Creative Support: Canva, ChatGPT and other AI tools
(Bonus if you're fluent in HTML/CSS for email customization.)

Requirements:
2 years or more of hands-on experience in a similar role

Compensation & Growth
- Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000 – 55,000
- Performance Raises: +10% at 30, 60, and 90 days
