About Us

She Starts Academy empowers women to start Airbnb businesses, repair credit, and secure business funding. We’re growing fast and need an experienced Lead Generation Ads Manager to create and optimize ad campaigns that bring in qualified leads for our offers, funnels, and mentorship programs.

Your Main Responsibilities:

? Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram lead generation campaigns
? Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and audiences for each offer (Airbnb mentorship, credit repair, business funding)
? Set up and optimize lead forms, landing pages, and automations in GoHighLevel or similar systems
? Track and analyze campaign results (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS)
? Implement retargeting campaigns for warm audiences
? Work with our creative/VA team to design high-performing visuals
? Provide weekly reports with metrics and actionable insights
? Suggest new ad angles or funnel improvements to boost conversions

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook + Instagram)
• Proven track record of generating low-cost, high-quality leads
• Knowledge of lead forms, landing pages, and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HoneyBook, or similar CRM/funnel systems
• Solid understanding of ad metrics, testing, and optimization
• Strong English writing skills for persuasive ad copy
• Creative eye for ad visuals and audience targeting

• Has experience running ads for coaches, service providers, or info products
• Understands sales funnels and lead nurturing processes
• Analytical thinker who can explain what’s working — and what’s not
• Reliable, consistent, and proactive about improving performance
• Can work closely with our operations VA for smooth campaign execution
