Sr Video Editor / Motion Graphics Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled visual storyteller to bring emotion, clarity, and movement to our brand. From scroll-stopping social edits to cinematic product reels, you’ll create high-impact videos that inspire action and elevate our creative output across channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit both short-form and long-form video content for ads, social media, and promotions.
- Add captions, motion effects, transitions, and animations to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Produce product highlight videos, promotional reels, and occasional UGC-style content.
- Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and marketing strategists to bring ideas to life.
- Ensure all videos stay on-brand, emotionally resonant, and platform-optimized.

Requirements:
2 years or more of hands-on experience in a similar role

Tools You'll Use
- Editing & Motion: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Descript
- Design & Creative: Canva, Firefly, Midjourney
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: ChatGPT and other internal tools for faster turnaround

Compensation & Growth
- Monthly Salary: PHP 45,000 – 65,000
- Performance Raises: +10% at 30, 60, and 90 days
