As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Static Creative Designer to join our creative team and elevate the visual identity of Sanlava across all digital platforms.

The Role

As our Static Editor / Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating scroll-stopping static ads, visuals, and graphics that convert.
You’ll receive clear briefings from our marketing team and bring them to life through engaging, high-performing visuals.

We’re looking for someone who understands DTC creative psychology — what makes people stop, click, and buy — and can combine that knowledge with aesthetic, high-end design.

What You’ll Do

- Design high-performing static ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and website campaigns
- Translate creative briefings into visually compelling concepts
- Maintain strong brand consistency while experimenting with new ideas
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams
- Analyze top-performing creatives to understand and replicate success
- Continuously push boundaries in design, layout, and storytelling

Who You Are

- Proven experience designing ads or visuals for DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, clean layout, and conversion-focused design
- Deep understanding of what performs in paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and trend awareness
- Fast, reliable, and organized with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about wellness, aesthetics, and digital storytelling
