Remote Appointment Setter - Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)

TrueMark is a fast-growing automotive restoration company specializing in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and hail damage restoration.



We’re looking for motivated and confident Appointment Setters to join our remote call center team. You’ll contact potential customers, follow up on leads, and schedule vehicle inspection appointments for our local PDR technicians.



Responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls using our CRM & dialer system (scripts and training provided).

– Qualify leads and schedule PDR appointments.

– Maintain detailed notes in CRM after each call.

– Follow up with customers who’ve requested quotes or missed appointments.

– Meet or exceed daily call and appointment quotas.

– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

– Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a plus.
