As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a highly organized and driven Operational Manager to support our daily operations and help us scale efficiently.

The Role

As Operational Manager, you will work directly alongside our COO to manage and streamline daily business operations. You’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth communication between teams, optimizing workflows, and keeping projects on track across marketing, e-commerce, and product development.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn the full operational side of running a high-performance DTC brand — from Shopify management to leadership development.

What You’ll Do

- Support the COO in all daily operational tasks
- Communicate with creators, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store and funnels
- Coordinate project briefings with the marketing and creative teams
- Assist in managing our email flows and campaigns (via Klaviyo)
- Help structure and track tasks in ClickUp and Notion
- Identify process improvements and ensure accountability across departments

Who You Are

- Proven experience supporting a CEO, COO, or similar leadership role
- Deep experience with Shopify and e-commerce operations
- Confident navigating funnels, store setups, and product pages
- Skilled in tools such as Klaviyo, ClickUp, and Notion
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written — not basic)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven

- Dual-screen setup for efficient multitasking
- Available to work full-time, aligned with European time zones
