The Sales Operations Administrator at MEGHANI is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Wholesale Director. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our product catalog, pricing, and promotional content are accurate, up to date, and optimized for both internal teams and retail partners. You will work cross functionally with Merchandising, Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to streamline operational processes and maintain high quality digital and inventory data.

What You’ll Do

Product Launch & Templates
- Create and maintain product launch templates to ensure consistent data, imagery, and promotional information
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to collect necessary assets and information for new product launches.

Catalog & Inventory Management
- Conduct regular product audits to ensure inventory and product information is accurate and live.
- Update pricing and promotional details in systems and maintain accuracy across digital and retail channels
- Monitor inventory liveness to prevent stock discrepancies or issues affecting product availability

Digital Asset & Data Management
- Manage product imagery across platforms, ensuring correct specifications and organization.
- Maintain Drive and Dropbox folders, keeping all product and marketing assets well structured and up to date.
- Update and maintain retailer, internal, and vendor contact lists for accurate communication and outreach.

Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify inefficiencies in current product operations workflows and propose solutions.
- Partner with Marketing, Retail, and Product teams to implement best practices for product data and asset management.
- Support reporting and ad hoc requests related to product operations and inventory.

What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, merchandising, retail operations, or e-commerce support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple digital tools, cloud storage systems, and spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in Excel – Strong expertise required. Candidate must be highly skilled with advanced functions including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, and related tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
- Proactive and solutions oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate, timely product data.

Schedule:
Full Time. Eight (8) hours Monday through Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST) and four (4) hours on Fridays (8:00 AM - 12:00 AM CST)
