Senior/Experienced Web Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team on full-time basis. In this role, you'll take the lead on developing, customizing, and optimizing websites to ensure top-tier performance, functionality, and user experience.

WordPress expertise is essential, and experience with GSAP/Lottie & Webflow is an added advantage. Knowledge on hosting, servers and backend maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage custom websites using WordPress and Elementor Pro
* Customize themes, plugins, and third-party integrations, including eCommerce functionality
* Build responsive, mobile-first websites with a strong focus on speed, SEO, and user experience
* Work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to translate creative concepts into functional sites
* Maintain and update websites regularly, ensuring ongoing performance and stability
* Troubleshoot technical issues related to functionality, hosting, and plugin conflicts
* Stay updated on emerging web technologies, trends, and best practices
* Communicate directly with clients, offering updates, recommendations, and technical guidance

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of live websites
* Expert knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
* Ability to build and customize themes and plugins
* Deep understanding of mobile-first development, SEO principles, and website speed optimization
* Knowledge on backend maintainence, servers and hosting (e.g: Hostinger)
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage projects independently
* Experience working with North American clients is preferred
