???? About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Appointment Setter / Instagram Outreach VA to join our digital marketing and consulting company.
Your main responsibility will be to log in to our Instagram accounts, send pre-written outreach messages to potential leads (models, influencers, creators, etc.), and record their responses.

You will not need to close deals — your goal is to start conversations, qualify potential leads, and hand them off once they reply.

???? Responsibilities

Log in daily to assigned Instagram accounts

Send DM outreach messages following our provided templates

Track sent messages, responses, and follow-ups in a shared Google Sheet

Identify quality leads based on provided criteria

Maintain organized records of prospects and conversations

Notify the manager immediately when a lead replies (so they can take over)

Occasionally help find and research new leads or hashtags

???? Requirements

Strong written English communication skills

Reliable internet connection and a phone/laptop capable of using Instagram

Familiar with Instagram (DMs, hashtags, search, reels, etc.)

Experience in outreach, appointment setting, or social media management preferred

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully

Trustworthy and consistent (this role involves logging into business accounts)

Prior experience with lead generation

Ability to work with VPNs, proxy browsers, or multiple accounts safely

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

? Schedule

Flexible hours — minimum 2–3 hours per day, 5–6 days per week

Must check and report daily updates
