Modern Design Aquascaping Inc. is an award-winning, family-run U.S. company. We craft ecosystem ponds, waterfalls, and outdoor water features—and we use YouTube to educate, inspire, and drive qualified leads. Our channel is ready for a full rebuild and deep AI-driven harvest of all content.

The Opportunity (Full-Time, Career)
You’ll work directly with the owner to organize, systemize, and optimize the channel end-to-end. In the first two weeks we’ll install the structure and workflow that everything runs on; we’ll do a performance-review checkpoint (milestone, not probation) to confirm alignment, then move full-speed.
You’ll be part of a collaborative marketing team (local experts, external coaches guiding strategy, and a full-time remote editor). You won’t be alone—you’ll be the YouTube owner inside a supportive system.

Key Responsibilities
• Audit & organize the entire library (hundreds of videos) by title, URL, and category into a structured, searchable database ready for AI harvesting.
• Pull & compile transcriptions for all videos; tag and categorize for deep reference.
• Add chapter timestamps to all videos for navigation and SEO.
• Optimize titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions using advanced keyword research and YouTube SEO.
• Use TubeBuddy/VidIQ and AI tools to accelerate tagging, categorization, and analytics.
• Manage metadata, playlists, and end screens to drive deeper viewing and conversions.
• Build and document a repeatable audit & update process for long-term organization.
• Track analytics, identify trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve reach, retention, and lead generation.
• Weekly progress report + weekly Zoom (U.S. Eastern Time).
• As systems stabilize, collaborate with the team to expand impact across social (role evolution d ---------- together, based on company needs and your strengths).

Requirements
• 3–5+ years managing successful YouTube channels (send links).
• Deep knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and growth levers.
• TubeBuddy or VidIQ fluency (required); strong AI-tool literacy.
• Excellent English; organized; proactive; no babysitting.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration (Zoom/Slack/email).
• Full-time commitment & exclusivity: this is a career role dedicated to Modern Design Aquascaping (not compatible with other full-time jobs).

Compensation & Benefits
