JOB OVERVIEW

I'm an independent cybersecurity recruiter based in the US, and I need a skilled LinkedIn outreach specialist to help me find and connect with potential clients (companies that need cybersecurity talent).

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and identify target companies that hire cybersecurity professionals (CISOs, security engineers, pen testers, etc.)
- Find decision-makers (HR Directors, IT Directors, CTOs, Hiring Managers) on LinkedIn
- Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests with custo ---------- ssages
- Follow up with prospects who accept connections
- Track all outreach activity in a spreadsheet or CRM
- Schedule discovery calls with interested prospects
- Monitor and respond to LinkedIn messages promptly

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of LinkedIn outreach or B2B lead generation experience
- Excellent written English (this is critical - you'll be representing my business)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (highly preferred)
- Understanding of B2B sales and recruiting/staffing industry (bonus)
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Available to work during US business hours (at least partial overlap)

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: ---------- targeted connection requests sent per week
- 30%+ connection acceptance rate
- 5-10 qualified conversations per week
- 2-3 discovery calls scheduled per week
