Role Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager (VA) who can handle all aspects of customer communication, order follow-up, label creation, and admin support. You’ll ensure every customer gets a fast, professional, and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer messages across marketplaces (Bol, Amazon, Kaufland, Shopify, etc.)

Handle returns, refunds, and product inquiries with empathy and accuracy

Create and manage shipping labels via Sendcloud / DPD

Maintain organized records of orders and communications

Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth deliveries

Provide weekly summaries and improvement feedback

Requirements

1–2+ years experience in customer service or e-commerce support

Excellent English communication (German/Dutch a plus)

Strong administrative and multitasking skills

Familiarity with Shopify, ---------- , or Amazon Seller Central

Experience with Sendcloud, DPD, or other label systems preferred

Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
