** PORTFOLIO ATTACHED of landing page/web design work (and other relevant work) is required. Applications without it won't be reviewed.

**Landing page/sales page creation experience required.

**Social media management experience required.

We're looking for a Brand Manager VA to help a women's life coach. This a VA role requiring multiple skills and the ability and desire to wear multiple hats.

Funnel and sales page creation and management ( ---------- or similar)

Email
marketing
Admin duties



Details:
Social Media Management
• TikTok (41K followers + backup ----------
• Instagram (needs growth strategy and consistent presence)
• YouTube Shorts (cross-posting and optimization)
Facebook (launching — I need someone who knows how to build and grow here)

Funnel, Email & Website Operations
• Manage and optimize email sequences in ----------
• Update and maintain funnels — landing pages, sales pages, thank-you pages, upsell flows
• Make website updates and edits as needed (copy changes, new pages, design tweaks)
• Monitor conversion rates and suggest improvements
• Coordinate launches (book launch in January, podcast launching same time)
• Keep the backend running so I don’t have to think about it

Voice Mastery
• Learn my voice so well you could write as me (I have a comprehensive voice guide and can provide a copy of my book)
• Draft captions, emails, and content in my tone
• Catch anything that sounds off before it goes live

Sales Support
• Understand the customer journey from freebie ? Phoenix Rising ? Direct Support
• Help identify what’s converting and what’s leaking
• Support promotional campaigns (new year, book launch, podcast launch)

What This Looks Like Day-to-Day
• Scheduling and posting content across platforms
• Drafting email sequences and social captions for my review
• Updating funnels and webpages — new copy, new pages, optimizing what’s not converting
• Monitoring analytics and flagging what’s working (and what’s not)
• Managing DMs and comments (with my voice, not generic responses)
• Coordinating with me on launches and campaigns
• Keeping the machine running while I create

You’re the Right Fit If…
• You’ve managed social media for a personal brand (not just a corporate account)
• You can write in someone else’s voice — and actually nail it
• You understand funnels, email marketing, and conversion basics
• You’re comfortable building and editing landing pages, sales pages, and funnels ( ---------- experience is a plus)
• You’re comfortable with Instagram AND know how to launch/grow on Facebook
• You can work independently without constant hand-holding
• You’re organized, reliable, and don’t need to be chased for updates
• You’re familiar with the trauma/nervous syste ---------- ntal health space (or willing to learn fast)






Details:
-Work from home
-$5/hour
-10 hours/week
-Mon-Fri around 11pm-1am Philippines time
-Please only apply if that window you're available in.
-Opportunity for more hours, but a base of 10 hours a week
