Ecomswap is a boutique M&A firm specializing in ecommerce and digital acquisitions. We help founders of DTC and Amazon brands exit their businesses by connecting them with strategic and financial buyers globally.
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a freelancer with deep HubSpot expertise to help us optimize our CRM, clean and structure our existing data, and implement best practices for smooth, automated workflows going forward.
???? Scope of Work
Phase 1 – Audit & Cleanup
Review and reorganize our current HubSpot setup (pipelines, contact records, lists, deals).
Identify and remove duplicates, outdated contacts, and inconsistent data fields.
Streamline pipelines and dashboards to make them more intuitive for our M&A team.
Phase 2 – Optimization & Automation
Redesign deal stages, properties, and workflows to align with our M&A process (seller ? buyer ? LOI ? close).
Implement efficient tagging, task automation, and activity tracking.
Integrate with key tools
Phase 3 – Ongoing Support & Training
Document SOPs for new workflows and CRM use.
Train tea
Provide feedback loops for future scalability.
????????? Who You Are
3+ years experience with HubSpot CRM (certified or proven portfolio).
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, data hygiene, and workflow automation.
Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or M&A organizations (a big plus).
Comfortable collaborating with remote teams (via Slack, Loom, or Notion).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.

Freelance / contract-based (initial 2–4 week project, with option for ongoing retainer).
Budget: Competitive based on scope and experience (please include your rate).
