Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis.
This role can easily be done alongside another job or commitment, as long as you can stay responsive and consistent throughout the day.

You’ll be managing our online store accounts, uploading new listings, engaging with customers, and helping secure sales.
This is a commission-only position, perfect for someone looking to earn extra income while working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Oversee and maintain our accounts.

Listing Management: Upload new items, create engaging product descriptions, and ensure accurate details and pricing.

Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.

Order Processing: Assist with order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills — must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally

Proven experience in e-commerce or virtual assistance.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position. Earnings are based on sales performance, with potential for growth and bonuses.
