About the Role:
We are a fast-growing cleaning and construction company based in the U.S., and we’re looking for a rockstar Virtual Assistant to manage our digital marketing efforts and social media presence.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Social Media Management
Create & schedule daily posts for
Design simple graphics (using Canva or similar tools)
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
Track insights and suggest improvements
Google & Online Presence
Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile
Respond to reviews and update posts regularly
Set up and monitor Google Ads campaigns
Create reports and suggest improvements
Landing Pages & Lead Funnels need set up
Build high-converting landing pages (using tools like GoHighLevel, Wix, or similar) Need set up
Coordinate with me to align messaging with services/promotions
Email
Create and schedule
Manage lists and segment contacts for better targeting
Suggest and test
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing VA
Proficient in social media platforms, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and landing page builders
Strong written English — grammar, spelling, and tone are important
Graphic design skills (Canva is fine)
Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently
Fast learner, proactive, and detail-oriented
Bonus: Experience working with residential & commercial cleaning or construction companies
We need someone to help us grow our online presence
Start as part time to see how it goes if great as we grow we can move to full time with you.
