Sr SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR (VIDEO + GRAPHICS)

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to transform raw product assets into scroll-stopping content that captivates, converts, and builds long-term brand equity. From quick-hit Reels to high-converting carousels, you’ll breathe new life into our content and help shape how our brand shows up on social.

Key Responsibilities
- Repurpose product demos, lifestyle footage, and user-generated content into high-performing Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and social ads.
- Design visually compelling graphics, carousels, and social posts using Canva, Photoshop, or other tools.
- Adapt a single creative concept across multiple platforms???Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn—with agility and consistency.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, from color schemes to tone and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support product launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns.

Tools You'll Use
- Design & Video: Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, InVideo, Descript
- AI & Innovation: Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT

Requirements:
2 years or more of hands-on experience in a similar role

Compensation & Growth
- Monthly Salary: PHP 40,000 – 50,000
- Performance Raises: +10% at 30, 60, and 90 days based on KPIs
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Posting frequency and consistency
- Engagement metrics (views, likes, shares, saves)
- Conversion rate to Shopify
