Federation SaaS acquires profitable B2B software companies across Europe. We're backed by institutional investors and targeting 40+ acquisitions over 5 years. Our team includes alumni from Accel-KKR, Citigroup, Microsoft, and BCG.

The Role
We need a detail-oriented researcher to identify and engage 50+ software company founders weekly. You'll screen companies, enrich data, manage our HubSpot CRM, and run automated outreach campaigns via LaGrowthMachine.
Your goal: Build a pipeline of 200+ qualified founders monthly to help us close 2-3 deals per quarter.

Key Responsibilities

Target Research (40%)
- Screen 60-80 software companies weekly from our deal platform
- Qualify/disqualify based on: €100K-€5M EBITDA, B2B SaaS, founder-led, EMEA/Asia-based
- Research company financials, founder background, business model

Data Enrichment (30%)
- Find and verify founder emails, LinkedIn profiles, company details
- Enrich 50+ targets weekly with complete information
- Import to HubSpot with proper tagging and segmentation

Outreach Management (20%)
- Load 50+ founders weekly into LaGrowthMachine sequences
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for response rates
- Triage all responses within 24 hours (Hot/Warm/Cold)
- Draft custom follow-ups for interested founders

Pipeline Management (10%)
- Update HubSpot deal stages and log activities
- Flag stalled deals and draft re-engagement messages
- Weekly report: targets screened, contacted, response rates, meetings booked

Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- 3+ years in research, data analysis, sales ops, or similar role
- Excellent English writing skills
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- Comfortable with tech tools and learning new platforms quickly
- Stable internet and professional home office setup

Strongly Preferred:
- SaaS/software industry experience
- Understanding of business metrics (revenue, EBITDA, ARR, churn)
- Experience with email automation tools
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator familiarity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
