JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our women’s wear e-commerce team. You will handle customer communication through Freshdesk, Shopify Inbox, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and Telegram, ensuring fast and friendly support.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and reply to customer tickets via Freshdesk
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Handle returns & exchanges through our return portal
- Respond to online chats (Shopify Inbox, Instagram, Facebook) and monitor comments for quick resolution
- Maintain clear communication with the team in Telegram
- Create and maintain your own task tracker for tickets and urgent cases
- Manage orders and updates through Shopify
- Use Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Resolve payment disputes

Most of the processes are automated so it simplifies the whole working process.

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience with Freshdesk or similar CRM tools
- Familiarity with Shopify and Google Sheets
- Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fast learner

Compensation:

$600/month during the first-month probation period. (Probation period might end after 1 week or 2 weeks, all depends on your perfomance)
