Retreat Listing Moderator for Global Wellness Team

We are a supportive, heart-driven team (more like family!) seeking a highly reliable, full-time Retreat Listing Moderator based in the Philippines for a long-term, work-from-home role.

This is a stable, consistent 40-hour per week commitment. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us for years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Moderating & Quality Control: Review and approve all new retreat listings submitted to our site.
- Host Support: Proactively assist retreat hosts in adding, creating, and updating high-quality listings via email.
- System Mastery: Develop a tech-savvy, intimate understanding of our back-end systems and processes.
- Problem Solving: Reference our company terms and conditions to accurately answer host questions and resolve issues.
- Proactivity: Work fast, take initiative, multitask effectively, and manage a continually flowing workflow with extreme detail.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Support.
- Availability: Must be available Full-Time, 40 hours per week (no side jobs allowed during the work schedule).
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Mindset: Extremely organized, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a go-getter attitude.

Tech Specs (Minimum):
- Internet Speed: 50 Mbps minimum download speed.
- Laptop: Not older than 5 years.
- Processor: Intel Core i3 or equivalent.
- RAM: 8.00 GB installed (at least 4 GB usable).
