As our eCommerce operations expand, we’re doubling down on customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and CRM innovation. That’s where you come in.

Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Email & Retention Specialist to own and optimise our retention strategy across D2C and B2B channels globally. You’ll take full ownership of our Klaviyo setup — from high-converting flows and segmentation to campaign management, data reporting, and LTV growth strategies.

You’ll work closely with the Growth and Brand teams to execute a roadmap that drives higher engagement, loyalty, and revenue — all while maintaining strong profit margins.

This is a hands-on role for a data-savvy marketer with experience scaling email as a core revenue driver.

Core Responsibilities


Email
Campaigns & Flows
- Plan, build, and deploy automated email flows for onboarding, post-purchase, winback, and abandon cart.
- Manage weekly and monthly campaigns for launches, promotions, and content drops.
- Set up personalised content and product recommendations to maximise engagement.

Retention Strategy & Execution
- Define and implement customer lifecycle strategies to increase LTV, repeat rate, and subscription uptake.
- Lead reactivation, loyalty, and referral program execution across key territories.
- Build and optimise segmentation logic and journey mapping for D2C + B2B.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor retention KPIs and email performance across cohorts, geographies, and customer types.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reporting on revenue, engagement, and flow performance.
- Recommend and implement A/B tests across copy, subject lines, timing, and structure.

Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with Paid Social, Creative, and CX to align messaging and insights.
- Brief in assets and copy, and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Integrate new tools or tech to streamline retention and CRM processes.
