JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing operations. This role may start as part-time, with the possibility of expanding to more hours as responsibilities grow. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to help execute campaigns, manage projects, and create engaging content that drives awareness and results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write compelling and on-brand captions for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Assist in creating marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Research trends and ideas to support content strategy
- Track and report on campaign performance

2. Design & Creative Support
- Design visuals and marketing materials using Canva or other design tools
- Edit short-form videos or reels using CapCut or AI reel editor (ex: OPUS AI)

3. Email Marketing
- Assist in setting up and scheduling campaigns through our marketing platform
- Update mailing lists, segments, and automations
- Track and report on campaign performance

4. Admin, Project Management & Team Coordination
- Use ClickUp to manage marketing tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Communicate with the team through Slack and other collaboration tools
- Assist with research, market insights, and other administrative tasks
- Help organize digital assets and folders for easy access
- Act as the coordinator for the Video Editor handling long-form video content (Provide to creative briefs, content references, and timelines for each project, review drafts, give initial feedback, and ensure deadlines are met)

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field (internships count!)
- Strong interest in marketing and brand growth
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Basic design experience (Canva or similar tools)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Comfortable using tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with video editing tools like CapCut or AI reel editors
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills (A big plus!)
- Knowledge of Amazon selling, marketing, PPC, or eCommerce
